This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how ENXTI ("ENXTI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use the ENXTI website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.


1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, making a purchase, listing a product, or communicating with us, including:

  • Payment information (processed and stored by third-party payment providers; ENXTI does not store full payment card numbers).

1.2 Seller & Vendor Information

If you register as a Seller, we additionally collect:

  • Business name, legal entity information, and business address.
  • Tax identification numbers (e.g., EIN, VAT number) as required by applicable law.
  • Bank account or payout information for processing Seller payouts.
  • Product and inventory data, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Sales history and transaction data.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

  • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers).
  • IP address and approximate geolocation.
  • Browser type and version.
  • Pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the Platform.
  • Referring URLs, search terms, and click-through data.
  • Date, time, and duration of visits.
  • Log data and error reports.
  • Cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

1.4 Information from Third Parties

  • Personalize your experience, including product recommendations and discovery feeds.
  • Analyze browsing and purchasing behavior to improve recommendation algorithms.

2.3 Communications

  • Send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications).
  • Send promotional communications, including new designer launches, drops, and platform updates (you may opt out at any time).

2.4 Safety & Compliance

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized activity, and policy violations.
  • Verify Seller identities and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions and other policies.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting and law enforcement requests.

2.5 Analytics & Improvement

  • Analyze platform usage trends and performance metrics.
  • Conduct research and development to improve our services.
  • Generate aggregated, de-identified data for internal analytics and business intelligence.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

3.1 Transaction Fulfillment

When you make a purchase, we share necessary information with the Seller (e.g., shipping address, order details) to fulfill the transaction. Similarly, Buyers may receive the Seller's business name and contact information.

3.2 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Payment processing (e.g., Stripe).
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
  • Email and communication services.
  • Analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Fraud detection and prevention.
  • Customer support tools.

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to ENXTI and in accordance with this Policy.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, including:

  • Court orders, subpoenas, or government requests.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of ENXTI, our users, or the public.
  • To enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.

3.5 With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

4. Payment Information

Payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). These providers handle payment card information under their own privacy policies and security standards (including PCI-DSS compliance).

  • ENXTI does not store, process, or have access to full payment card numbers.
  • We may receive limited transaction data from payment providers, such as the last four digits of a card, transaction amounts, and confirmation status.
  • Seller payout information (bank account details) is stored securely by our payment provider.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
  • Maintain business records as required by applicable law.

When information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and business purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
  • Access controls and authentication requirements for internal systems.
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information and improve the Platform. Types of cookies we use include:

7.1 Essential Cookies

Required for basic Platform functionality, including authentication, session management, and security.

7.2 Analytics Cookies

  • Correction. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

  • Right to Know. Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
  • Right to Delete. Request deletion of personal information we have collected.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing. We do not sell personal information. If this changes, we will provide an opt-out mechanism.

10. International Users

ENXTI is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. Where required by applicable law (including GDPR), we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by ENXTI. This Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy and, where required by law, by providing additional notice (e.g., email notification or in-app banner).
